Psychological Aspects of Deformations of Legal Consciousness and Legal Liability

<p>The article studies various forms of legal consciousness deformations in its connection with the positive liability and awareness. The presented research material justifies somewhat schematic approach to study subjective aspects within liability. authors identify dialectical contradictions between formal legitimate behavior; irresponsibility nihilism idealism. It is concluded that such phenomena as idealism misunderstood regulation objectives characterize distorted subjects’ awareness external formally behavior internal irresponsibility. has been also substantiated idealism, excessive institutional law-making public relations form responsibility due bureaucratization false achievement regulation.</p>
